This Privacy Policy explains how Lorax Unlimited Ventures LLC (“the Company”, “we”), registered in the Kyrgyz Republic, handles personal data in connection with the website lorax-unlimited.com. We process personal data in accordance with the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic “On Personal Information” and, where applicable, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

2. What data we collect

• Information you send us. When you contact us by email or phone, we receive the details you choose to provide, such as your name, company, position, email address, phone number and the content of your request.
• Tracking requests. When you use cargo tracking, the bill of lading number you enter is used only to find the matching documents and is not stored.
• Technical data. Our hosting provider automatically records standard server logs (IP address, date and time of the request, browser type and the page requested). These logs are used only to keep the website secure and working properly.

The website has no registration, no contact forms and no analytics or advertising cookies.

3. Why we use your data

• to reply to your enquiries and prepare commercial offers;
• to perform contracts with our clients and partners;
• to comply with legal obligations, including customs, tax and accounting requirements;
• to protect the security of the website.

4. Cookies and third-party services

The website does not set cookies of its own. The map on the Contact page is provided by Google Maps and loads when you scroll to it. Google may then process your IP address and set cookies according to its own privacy policy.
